- Preheat oven to 450°F with pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over flatbread surface. Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Evenly distribute fresh spinach leaves, sliced red onions, and sliced garlic over the mozzarella.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese, distributing evenly.
- Place assembled flatbread on preheated stone and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden-crispy with slightly charred spots.
- Remove from oven, drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool 2-3 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For crispier crust, pre-bake flatbread for 3-4 minutes before adding toppings. Don't overload with toppings to prevent soggy texture. Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 3 days.
