Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 250g, full fat for creamier texture
  • 0.5 cup protein powder 40g, chocolate or vanilla flavor
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder optional for chocolate flavor
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice almond, oat, or dairy - only if needed

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, nut butter, and any optional ingredients like cocoa powder.
  2. Stir thoroughly with a whisk or spoon until ingredients are well-blended and smooth.
  3. If mixture is too thick, gradually add a splash of milk until pudding reaches desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey if needed.
  5. For added texture, stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days in airtight container.

Notes

Best with whey protein for creamiest texture. Can use any type of Greek yogurt. Add milk if using vegan protein powder. Store refrigerated up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
