Ingredients
  

  • 0.67 cup non-fat Greek yogurt 150g
  • 0.33 cup whey vanilla protein powder 30g
  • 4 teaspoons banana cream flavor instant pudding mix sugar-free, 11g
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk 10ml
  • 3 whole vanilla wafers sugar-free recommended, 14g, crushed
  • 0.5 whole medium banana sliced, 60g

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding, and milk until smooth. Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached.
  2. Prepare layering ingredients: crush the vanilla wafers and slice the bananas.
  3. Assemble in a jar with layers: pudding on bottom, crushed vanilla wafers, then banana slices, and repeat for 2 layers of each.
  4. Chill the assembled pudding jar for at least 15-30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.

Notes

Use cold milk and yogurt for best consistency. Add milk gradually to avoid runny custard. Use ripe but firm bananas without brown spots. Can substitute regular vanilla wafers or graham crackers. Store refrigerated up to 1 week.
