- Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken filet 6-7 minutes on first side until edges turn white and releases easily. Flip and cook 4-5 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place cottage cheese in serving bowl and let sit at room temperature for up to 10 minutes.
- Mix ranch dressing and BBQ sauce in small bowl until combined. Adjust ratio to taste preference.
- Slice rested chicken against the grain and arrange over cottage cheese. Drizzle BBQ ranch sauce over chicken and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Store cooked chicken separately for up to 3 days. Perfect for meal prep. Reheat chicken only, assemble with fresh cottage cheese each time.
