Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk to adjust consistency
  • 1 piece graham cracker crushed
  • 2 tablespoons mini marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chunks or chips

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth.
  2. Gradually add milk, a little at a time, to achieve a creamy consistency.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
  4. Top with crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and dark chocolate chunks.
  5. Optionally, toast the marshmallows slightly with a kitchen torch for a s'mores-like effect.
  6. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt and plant-based protein powder. Best consumed immediately for optimal texture. Add toppings just before serving for best results. Toast marshmallows under broiler for 30 seconds if no kitchen torch available.
