- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray the parchment with olive oil.
- Drain the cottage cheese thoroughly using a fine mesh strainer, pressing gently to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each scoop.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, watching carefully during the final few minutes. The chips should be golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet for maximum crispiness.
Notes
Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Best consumed fresh for optimal crispiness. Can be refreshed in 350°F oven for 2-3 minutes if needed.
